About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of Cineriq at seedance2-pro.org. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Pre-Launch Service

Cineriq currently provides product information, an AI Video interface preview, a waitlist, and a contact channel. Seedance 2.5 generation, checkout, and paid subscriptions are not enabled.

Pricing, features, quotas, model controls, availability dates, and launch plans shown before release are previews. They may change when supported service specifications and operating costs are confirmed. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, or a particular price.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls;
• submit malware, credentials, unlawful material, or information you do not have permission to share;
• misrepresent Cineriq as an official ByteDance, Volcano Engine, Doubao, Dreamina, or Higgsfield service; or
• use the site in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

Your Submissions

You keep ownership of information you submit. You give Cineriq permission to process waitlist and contact information only as needed to provide the requested communication, operate the site, maintain security, and comply with law. Do not submit media assets through the contact form.

Intellectual Property and Independence

Cineriq's original interface, copy, and branding belong to their respective owners. Seedance, ByteDance, Volcano Engine, Doubao, Dreamina, Higgsfield, and other names or marks belong to their respective owners.

Cineriq is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies. References to Seedance describe the model workflow the product is preparing to support.

Availability and Disclaimers

The site is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise continuous availability, error-free operation, or a specific Seedance 2.5 launch date. Public previews and third-party model information may change.

To the extent permitted by law, Cineriq is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on pre-launch information or inability to use the site.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the product adds accounts, payments, file uploads, or video generation. Material product terms will be presented before you purchase or use a paid service.
