Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Cineriq at seedance2-pro.org, including the Seedance 2.5 product preview, waitlist, contact form, and related pages. Cineriq is an independent product and is not affiliated with ByteDance or Volcano Engine.

Current Product Status

Cineriq is currently a pre-launch website. Seedance 2.5 generation and payment are not enabled. The AI Video page is an interface preview: it does not send prompts or reference files to a video-generation service and does not create a render.

Information You Provide

We may collect:

your email address when you request waitlist or launch updates;
your name, email address, and message when you use the contact form; and
information you voluntarily include in a support request.

Please do not submit confidential information, production credentials, or personal media through the contact form.

Technical Information

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. If analytics or support chat is enabled, it may also collect limited interaction data needed to measure site performance or answer a request. For waitlist abuse prevention, Cineriq stores a short-lived, pseudonymous rate-limit key generated from the request IP address with a server-only cryptographic secret. The raw IP address is not stored in the waitlist database.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

manage the Seedance 2.5 waitlist and send requested launch updates;
respond to questions about Cineriq, pricing, or future generation access;
protect the website against abuse and diagnose technical problems; and
understand and improve the pre-launch experience.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted waitlist or contact information to train a video-generation model.

Service Providers

We may use infrastructure, email, newsletter, analytics, and support providers to operate Cineriq. They may process information only as needed to provide those services and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.

Retention and Your Choices

We retain waitlist and contact information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by using the contact form.
